Discover what victory can look like for you.

The Breakthrough Session is one free consult for you to chat with Coach Dani to share your struggles and challenges, as well as any victories.  After meeting together, we will both decide if InCourage Health is the right fit for you.  There is no required commitment with this session.

Brave Everyday Plan

Brave Package

This package is a 3-month or 6-month program with weekly 1:1 coaching sessions online or in-person (if local) for 45 minutes each.

During each session we will work together to address everyday struggles that have continuously prevented you from reaching your health goals.  As you discover strategies that give you success, we will push further and build on those successes to increase confidence, create new skill sets, and make changes that last.

Wellness Warrior Plan

Wellness Warrior

One-on-one maintenance coaching once a month for 12 months with each session 30 minutes each.

Once you've reached your goals, this monthly coaching program is to help you maintain what you have worked so hard to achieve.  Maintaining is the hardest part of any health journey, and meeting with your health coach once a month will offer you a level of accountability to keep you mindful and build your confidence that you have the skills and mindset to make it last.
